SMCL Named One of Five U.S. “Landmark Libraries”
We’re used to receiving kudos and awards for our beautiful new South Mountain Community Library, but this week we’re proud to announce a very special honor: the SMCL has been named one of five “Landmark Libraries” for 2012 by Library Journal, one of the nation’s most respected library trade journals. We’re in select company with the Goucher College Athenaeum in Baltimore; the Berkeley Law Library; the Thompson Memorial Library at Ohio State University; and the Lemieux Library at Seattle University.
